Leaving a sour taste in the mouth
@ 2005-09-02 - 07:20:10One fine day, the Person-up-there (superior) informed everyone he has resigned. Having nothing to do (a guess), he started organising everything, including things at our personal places. Threw away a lot of things without seeking our permission or opinion.
What to do now? Things have gone missing....
Isn't he the one who's quitting, not us? Is it acceptable to ransack employees' things without first seeking permission? Is it acceptable to throw employees' things away even though it's on company property? Is there anything to be helped about this, if it is intellectual property (files/ documents on the company network) as well?
Leaving a sour taste in the mouth to have met someone like that...
